These Terms of Service govern use of the Panel Field Line website at https://panel-fieldline.click and the informational comparison notes published there. By continuing to read the site you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not accept the terms, stop using the pages. Accessing field notes, service descriptions, or the record-utility description constitutes acceptance.

Informational offering

Panel Field Line publishes Marvel NFT comics bundle comparison notes. Packets describe issue lists, covers, reprint flags, and drop windows. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell digital comics, a solicitation to trade, or a promise that a bundle will remain available.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and original graphics belong to Panel Field Line except where third-party marks appear. MARVEL, character names, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners and are referenced for informational and review purposes only. Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited. Veve is a separate brand. You may not copy our packets for resale as if they were Marvel or Veve publications.

Compatibility claims

Mentions of Veve mean you may navigate to veve.me to view listings. Mentions of Binance mean only that personal CSV-style files in a common exchange export layout may be used as a source of timestamps inside the optional record utility. Compatibility is not certification, sponsorship, or partnership.

Liability

Notes can contain gaps when a listing is vague. Panel Field Line is not liable for a collector’s decision to acquire, skip, or trade a bundle after reading a packet. We are not liable for marketplace downtime, lost keys, or funds. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the website is limited to the amount you paid us for a written packet in the three months before a claim, or zero if you paid nothing through this site.

No funds handling

The record utility does not hold custody of assets, does not access private keys, and does not execute transactions. Do not treat comparison notes as investment advice.

Links to Veve, image hosts, or other sites leave our control. We are not responsible for those destinations.

Third-party services

Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Images may load from Unsplash. Those providers have their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections.

We may update these terms by publishing a new version at this URL. Continued use after publication is acceptance of the revised text.
